What it would be like to experience Less Stress… and More Success?
Isn’t it time you started feeling brighter, lighter, & calmer?
You know something needs to change.
And it needs to change right now.
Let me know if any of this sounds familiar…
Hi, I’m Meredith.
And I’m in your corner. I’ve been exactly where you are, and I'm here to tell you that there IS a way out. I know exactly what it feels like to be spinning so many plates.
Here’s what I want you to know:
You are not alone.
You are more than good enough.
There IS a way out and through.
It feels like running a marathon.
You think you can do it, but then somebody puts a backpack, which makes the marathon harder. Then, the course goes straight uphill. And you're expectied to just keep running.
With the backpack.
With little to anyone cheering you on.
What it would be like if you could…
-get your passion back
-get your backbone back
-get them ALL to listen to you and value you
-feel on top of your schedule
-have full control of your life
-have full control of your health
-put the focus back on YOU
-learn how to get balance BACK
-have time for YOURSELF
-think clearly and get rid of "the brain fog" have -time to actually ENJOY your life, your spouse, your kids, your family, and your loved ones
Isn’t now your time to…
* regain control in the classroom and in your home
* feel present and connected with your kids and family
* have your students, parents, colleagues and administrators VALUE you while they ALSO RESPECT you as the leader that you truly are
* ROCK your day even when a student, parent, administrator, colleague, or an entire class doesn’t seem to “like” you
*be that teacher who uplifts, inspires, and makes a lasting difference
feel “caught up” every single day - without working days, nights, and weekends, and without sacrificing your work ethic
And what if you could…
say “no” without feeling guilty
feel grounded and centered
communicate in a way that WORKS
say ‘NO’ without damaging your rapport or threatening your job
discover - and believe - the gorgeous truth that YOU. ARE. ENOUGH!
IT’S TIME TO SAY
GOODBYE to the roller coaster of emotions and HELLO to a
drama-free ride through your life as a teacher
AND a WOMAN
So…does this program really work?
Well, don’t take it from me!
“I was ready to quit teaching…”
So how do you know you can trust me?
Because I’m on this imperfectly perfect journey of teaching/motherhood/womanhood with you! This will probably sound like our students and kids, I want to be your “BFF” “IRL.”
I love teaching, but am not willing to let the demands of the job come before my 3-year-old and 6-year-old. As I enter my 15th year teaching English, this job is STILL my passion (I wrote all about it in my book Captured Fireflies; it was a #1 New Release In Teaching & Learning on Amazon and has been called a "gem" by Jon Harper and an “amazing read” by Kayse Morris!)
My other passions are reading, dancing, healthy cooking, and sharing with YOU ways you can thrive with less stress and more joy. I share with you what I’ve learned through my podcast and presentations at conferences like at the Educators 2 Educators Reboot on "How To Keep Your Cool In The Classroom- No Matter What,” and the Teacher Self-Care Conference on “How To Overcome the People-Pleasing Syndrome.”
I’m truly invested in you. Seeing you succeed lights me up!
And I’m here to help you do them!
Here’s how it works…
You’re worth it!
This program WORKS…
Doesn’t your family deserve better?
Are you ready to become a transformed teacher and go from just surviving to truly thriving?
Are you ready to feel and embrace being:
You’re worth it, and so are they.
This life changing package is waiting for you to open up and dive in.
I can't wait to connect with you and help you begin your transformation today. If nobody else tells you today, you rock!
Watch this video to learn more about why “Less Stress, More Success” can and will work for you.
The exhaustion and depletion are real.
In between the teaching, the paperwork, dealing with parents, dealing with students who are disrespectful or entitled, dealing with administrators who don't appreciate or value you, the never ending hours of prep and planning, it can be difficult to remember the last time you even thought about taking time to put the focus back on yourself.
It’s not that you haven’t tried.
-to achieve a better balance
to- "leave at work," but it only made you feel more behind
- to put a smile on your face and “fake it till you make it”
-to take a “mental health day,” only to find yourself back at the paperwork within hours
-to incorporate more self-care into your routine, but it never seems to last
You long for things to be different, but can’t seem to make new habits stick.
You’ve tried to eat better or make time for exercise, but it’s so much easier to turn to pizza, ice cream, wine, and Netflix as a way to cope with the madness
You’ve heard and seen teachers who seem to have it all together, but you can’t remember the last time you didn’t start the day anything but a frazzled mess.
